This camp is hosted at our facility and open to any and all female players in the graduating classes of 2025 through 2029 who are interested in playing volleyball at the collegiate level. It offers an opportunity for your daughter to experience the training standards and expectations that align with the college game.
In the morning session, players are grouped by position to go through focused drills that refine their specific skill sets. This portion emphasizes the techniques and systems used at the college level, helping players improve movement efficiency, execution, and on-court awareness through detailed feedback.
In the afternoon, players are grouped by graduation year for fast-paced, structured gameplay—creating a competitive, developmental environment while giving coaches the chance to evaluate athletes within their recruiting timelines.
To replicate the collegiate training environment, this is a no-spectator event, allowing players to focus fully on their performance, coach interaction, and growth without outside distractions.
This format provides a realistic view of college volleyball, with direct instruction from current college coaches, exposure to various coaching styles, and insight into the differences between programs. It also gives players a chance to build meaningful relationships that could impact their future opportunities.
On-Court Training with College Coaches: Your daughter will be coached directly by current college coaches running sessions with the pace, structure, and expectations of a collegiate program. This gives her a firsthand look at what training at the next level requires.
Position-Specific Reps and Team Drills: She’ll be grouped by position for targeted instruction, while also participating in team drills that focus on decision-making, communication, and consistency in game-like scenarios.
Gameplay and Tactical Application: Strategic gameplay segments will challenge her ability to read the court, respond under pressure, and make adjustments in real time—skills that separate good players from great ones.
Constructive Feedback from Coaches and Alumni: In addition to college coach input, your daughter will receive guidance from Sky’s top-level staff and alumni who are currently competing at the college level. This allows her to hear what it takes both on and off the court.
Exposure to a Range of College Programs: With coaches attending from across divisions and regions, this camp gives her valuable visibility and insight into what different programs offer—helping her start identifying where she might be the right fit.
We design this event to give players a realistic look at college volleyball and help them start building relationships, learning expectations, and understanding the level of training and commitment required.
Each day of the camp is designed to provide a complete training and competitive experience. The morning session emphasizes position-specific training focused on technical skill development, movement efficiency, and college-level systems. The afternoon features fast-paced, structured gameplay organized by graduation year—designed to challenge decision-making and simulate the speed and intensity of the college game.
Each player will receive a shirt to wear during this camp that is color-coordinated according to their graduation year.

Our Developmental Program is series of programs designed to provide a structured pathway for girls ages 5-15 who are newer to volleyball. Players are grouped by age to ensure they train alongside peers in an appropriate and supportive environment for balanced competition and skill development. These programs focus on building confidence, improving coordination, and fostering a love for the game while developing fundamental volleyball skills.
While skill progression is the primary factor in advancement, maturity also plays a role. We assess a player’s ability to handle the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the game before moving them to the next level.
This structured pathway of our three Developmental Programs ensures that all players are in the right training environment for their current level, while continually challenging them to improve.
This program introduces girls ages 5-9 to the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun, engaging setting. This program is ideal for girls who are new to the sport and focuses on developing basic passing, setting, serving, and attacking techniques. Players will also work on hand-eye coordination, movement efficiency, and teamwork while learning the basic rules of the game. The goal is to create a supportive environment where players can build confidence and enjoy the learning process while establishing a strong foundation for future development.
While players are grouped by age to ensure appropriate training alongside their peers, we also consider skill progression and overall readiness when evaluating advancement opportunities.
